One-on-One Healing Sessions
Through a process of somatic healing, shamanic work, and naturopathic care we get to the bottom of any illness, stressor, or spiritual unfolding you are experiencing at this time.
When you are ready to release the old story and step into the world as your Whole, Beautiful Self, I invite you to work with me.
If you have been experiencing pain, depression, or chronic illness and are ready to dive more deeply into the roots of the pattern and uncover the gifts hidden there, I would love to work with you.
Sessions are 60-90 minutes and usually occur twice monthly for several months. We begin where you are, and follow your unique path to your own center. Sessions include shamanic healing, ceremony, counseling, and bodywork. They may also include medical care and investigation as well as herbal, homeopathic, and nutrition prescriptions.
I bill insurance for visits and bodywork. Depending on your insurance coverage, there may be an extra charge for shamanic healing. Please call the office to inquire.
Both in-person and telemedicine visits are available.
Ketamine Assisted Therapy

Ketamine therapy offers a way in, to your inner wisdom, and a way out, to your connection to the universe. It has been studied and used for treatment-resistant depression for many years. It can also treat anxiety, OCD, trauma, alcoholism, and chronic pain. Ketamine increases neuroplasticity, rebalances brain chemicals, and decreases brain inflammation. When used in psychedelic doses, it helps us gain insight and inspiration through the non-ordinary state of consciousness that takes us into the world of our inner healer.
Sacred Journey Group
In 6 week sessions
This online group allows us to connect with each other in sacred space and meet weekly to journey together. Join us and tap into community for support and inspiration. Together we hold space for this topsy-turvy time and call ourselves home.
We will work in ceremony and learn to both radiate and receive spiritual light. We create a virtual altar space that we can visit every day for ceremony and healing. In this way we bring healing to ourselves, each other and the planet.
This group meets in 6 week cycles. Please contact me for the next start date. There is no prerequisite for this group. Cost $240.
In-Depth Shamanic Training
With the global crisis that is upon us, you might be realizing a need to move beyond fear and step into what you are truly called to become.
18-month Sacred Empowerment Practitioner Training:
This small group will dive deeply into the use of shamanic healing practices for ourselves and develop advanced skills that can be used to bring sacred healing to others.
The first part of the program is focused on evolving your personal spiritual path, developing trust in your inner knowing and close relationships with your helping spirits. Learn skills and insight into living a life of truth, humility and respect. Heal from past wounds and step up to live your life with purpose and meaning.
The second part of the program is learning the skills to bring these profound methods to others. We will learn how to work with others in ceremony to help return their power, clear their energy fields and bring healing light.
In between workshops, we will meet as a group to check in, journey, and support each other's process.
Currently all workshops are scheduled to be in person. We will meet virtually as needed for public health reasons. The primary locations will be at a gorgeous farm in Corbett and at a private home in Portland.
