It is possible to get out of the story you’re stuck in. It is possible to dream something better for your life. Ketamine is a powerful teacher that can activate your inner healer and lead you on a deep, life changing healing journey.

It works through increasing neuroplasticity and decreasing brain inflammation. When taken in psychedelic doses it takes your “default mode network” offline and offers a new perspective on your life, your struggles and your joys. Journeys can be uplifting and beautiful, and they can also be challenging. Your inner healer gives you what you need, when you’re ready for it.

I will be there as your fully present support, holding space for your process to unfold, and trusting your inner intelligence to be the guide. Using energy healing, pulling in shamanic realms of consciousness, and always holding you in the highest esteem, you can find your way to the joy that lives inside of you.

Here's the basic outline:

1. We start with a 1-hr medical intake where we talk about your history and goals, do a physical exam and make a treatment plan.

2. We have a 1-hr non-ketamine therapy session where we talk about your inner landscape, what to expect in the journey, and we set intentions for working with the medicine.

3. We meet for the ketamine journey. This is a 3-hour session with plenty of spaciousness for gently moving into and out of the medicine space.

4. We have a 1-hr follow up visit within a few days of the journey for integration and reflection.

Steps 3 & 4 repeat as necessary. The plan varies from 1-6 ketamine journeys within a short timeframe. Often there is a booster journey in 6-12 weeks. Every ketamine journey is followed by an integration session.

In many cases I can bill your insurance for everything but the ketamine journey itself. Please ask us to verify your insurance coverage.
