New Patient Visit, 75-90 minutes: $375

Ketamine Medical Intake, 60 minutes: $325

Return visit, 60-75 minutes: $227.50

Return visit, 30-45 minutes: $175 

Ketamine assisted therapy visit (3 hours): $600

Telemedicine and in-person costs are the same.

Transformational packages:

3-month intensive transformation container: This is where we co-create the container for your transformation. Personalized to your needs, this container may include longer healing sessions and personalized ceremonies as well as availability between sessions & online content. Including low-dose ketamine assisted therapy is an option as well: $3600

Ketamine assisted therapy (KAT) packages:

6 session series with medical and therapy intake and preparation, 6 KAT sessions and 6 integration sessions: $5400

4 sessions series with intake, prep and integration: $3500

Single KAT experience with intake, prep, ketamine visit and integration: $1380

Insurance Billing:

We will bill the following insurance companies for you:

  • Pacific Source

  • Moda (with the exception of the Beacon and Affinity networks)

  • Oregon Health Plan: Care Oregon plans only

  • Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield (with the exception of the Legacy network)

  • United Health Care

    ASH (American Specialty Health) manages the insurance coverage of most Providence, Aetna, and Cigna plans. While we are not currently taking new patients with ASH coverage, we might be able to bill your plan directly. Check with your plan.

    Spiritual counseling/energy work is not covered by insurance and will be charged on top of insurance copays.

    In many cases longer, intensive healing sessions and Ketamine Assisted Therapy can be partially billed to insurance.
